Yes! Within 48 hours of purchase, we will email you a custom preview which you must approve before we can process you case. Please watch for this message from us and reply promptly so you can receive your case without delay! Also, please double-check your email address upon checkout to make sure it is correct!
Where does this store ship from?
Our cases ship directly from our manufacturers in Kentucky and Missouri. We will notify you once your package ships so you can be on the lookout for it.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Since each item is so unique, there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on our cases/covers. You will have a chance to approve your design before it is produced and sent to you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For iPhone and iPod Touch Cases: Once you have approved your custom preview, please allow up to 2 weeks for the receipt of your case. Items ship via USPS Priority Mail. International orders can take an additional 2 weeks. We will notify you once your package ships so you can be on the lookout for it.

Can you tell me more about your iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad Hard Cases?
Sure! These are actual HARD CASES, not stickers. Each case is printed using the 3D TATT printing process which embeds the image deep into the case's surface. The iPhone and iPad Hard Cases offer a slim-fit, snap-on style (which our customers love!) and they protect your device very well! The iPod Touch case has a two-piece design. It slides on to encapsulate your device.
Please note that there is a thin black bezel bordering the case where it aligns flush with the screen of your device (shown in the images below). This may be important to you if you own a white device.

Can you tell me more about your iPad Portfolio Cases (Padfolios)?
Of course! Our iPad Portfolio Cases, also known as Padfolios, are printed on a 100% linen canvas material and are manufactured in the US! The book-style case is bound with a black or brown spine (your choice!) and boasts a soft cream microsuede interior. The iPad 2 and iPad 3 Portfolio cases have a stand for the iPad to "snap" into and offer adjustable positioning for your convenience.
Please note that since your design is being printed onto a fabric material, the coloring may vary from the colors presented in your custom preview. Please be aware of the following before placing your order for our iPad Portfolio Cases:
- Since our designs are being printed onto fabric, the natural fibers can sometimes have small imperfections that are visible such as "slubs" (loose fibers that clump together) and the fabric may also have the potential to "snag." Please note that this is NOT considered a defect since it is a normal result produced by this type of printing technique when applied to fabric. Items that fit this description will not be issued a refund.
